


Services celebrating the life of Eileen Zabinski, age 78 of St. Augusta will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 15 at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Eileen died accidently Monday at her home. There will be a time for friends to gather after 11:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home.Eileen was born May 14, 1935 in St. Cloud to Sylvester and Hilda (Rieland) Wieber. She graduated from Cathedral High School. Eileen married Gerald Zabinski on February 10, 1955 in St. Cloud. The couple lived in St. Cloud before moving to St. Augusta in 1967. Eileen was a homemaker, raising her three children and she assisted her husband in their business, Genes Tire Service. Eileen and Jerry enjoyed traveling together and one of Eileen’s great passions in life was antiques.Eileen is survived by her husband, Gerald, St. Augusta; her children, Karen Zabinski, St. Cloud; Mark Zabinski, St. Cloud; Denise Zabinski, Barrett; brothers, Don (Bette) Wieber, St. Cloud; Michael (Rita) Wieber, Monticello. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrea Zabinski, Kelly (Parker) Schendzielos, Kari Zabinski; and great-grandchildren, Devon Johnson, Connor Schendzielos, Kali Schendzielos and Madison Koch.Eileen is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Kenneth Wieber and Eugene Wieber.

Sorry to hear about her sudden passing. I rejoiced seeing her picture and fondly remember her being a big part of our early childhood! God be with you.
