James Paul Hadley Jr.

James Paul Hadley Jr., was born on September 10th, 1965 at the Saint Cloud Hospital in Saint

Cloud, MN to James Hadley Sr. and Bernice Hadley (Bieniek). He passed away on July 11th, 2021 in Upsala, MN.  He was 55 years old at the time of death and he resided in Upsala, MN, but grew up and lived in Holdingford, MN most of his life.

James attended school in Holdingford, MN and graduated in 1984.  While in high school he was on the Wrestling Team and Football Team.  He enlisted in the Army Reserve in 1983 and was honorably discharged in 1992.  He assisted his father with his Hadley Cabinets business and continued with his business after his father’s passing. He later on became an Owner/Operator and was employed with K&H Farms Trucking in Gaylord, MN.  He enjoyed going ice fishing with his brother Larry and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandson and giving him rides on his four wheeler. He had an outstanding sense of humor and everyone knew when he entered the room because his smile was big enough to fill it.

Survivors include James’ mother Bernice Hadley (Bieniek), his four brothers Chris (Angel) Hadley, Pat (Shelly) Hadley, Larry (Jackie) Hadley, Mike Hadley, his daughter Cynthia Hadley, his grandson Navarre Drift, James’ nieces and nephews and many aunts and uncles.

James is preceded in his death by his father James Hadley Sr.

James’ services will be held at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Holdingford, MN.  Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 11 AM with a funeral following after at 11 AM to 12 PM on Friday, July 16, 2021.  Burial will be at the St. Hedwig’s Cemetery in Holdingford, MN.
