Nancy I. Mager of Holdingford, MN passed away peacefully on September 5, 2022 at 81 years of age. A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Quiet Oaks Hospice House, St. Augusta, MN. She will be dearly missed by her special friend, Vernon Fuchs, and many family and friends.
Nancy I Mager was born January 17, 1941 in Plymouth, MN to Howard and Frieda Hoskins. She graduated from Edina High School and lived in Richfield for several years.
She moved to Park Rapids, MN and enjoyed spending her free time in nature. After 14 years of loyal service at 3M Wonewok, Nancy retired in July of 1995.
Through a mutual friend, Nancy met Vernon Fuchs – she then moved to Holdingford, MN where she spent the last 30 years. Nancy enjoyed keeping her gardens looking beautiful. She played her favorite country tunes while instructing water aerobics. She loved a good game of cards. A big highlight were the trips that her and Vernon made to Arizona together for the winter. Nancy’s smile and positive attitude were shared with many.
Celebration of Life Service
A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Quiet Oaks Hospice House, St. Augusta, MN.

I remember me, Tom, Kim and Tim took you to the beautiful waterfall in AZ and how thankful you were… I will always cherish that moment in time. Im also thankful for our beautiful conversation the last year of your life, truly meant a lot to me.
I’m sad you had to leave this world too soon but you are no longer suffering.
