Age: 88 December 26, 1924 – August 23, 2013 The Mass of Christian burial, celebrating the life of Dorothy “Dodie” Paggen, age 88 of Luck, WI, formerly of Holdingford, MN will be 2:00 PM , Wednesday August 28 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Holdingford.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.  Dodie died Friday at the Amery Wisconsin Regional Hospital in Amery, WI.  There will be a visitation after 1:00 PM Wednesday, until the time of the service at the church.  Arrangements are being made by the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in Holdingford.Dodie was born December 26, 1924 in Winona, MN to Leon and Ada (Pinger) Laska.  She worked as a secretary in the Drew Insurance Agency in St. Paul.  Dodie married LeRoy  “Roy” Paggen in St. Paul and they lived in St. Louis Park before retiring to Holdingford.  Roy died in 1998.  Dodie moved to Wisconsin in 2003 to be closer to her daughter.  Dodie was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic church and the St. Mary’s Christian Mothers.Dodie is survived by her daughter, Judy (Steve) Bergemann, St. Croix Falls,WI; her brothers and sisters, Louis Laska, St. Paul, MN; Bernadine Brown, Forest Lake, MN; Barbara (Raymond) Feiertag, St. Paul, MN and Anthony (Brenda) Laska, Becker, MN.  She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Alexander (Laura) Draeger, Spokane, WA; Kimberly (David ) Delgado, San Pedro, CA;  and four great-grandchildren.
