Age: 35 December 12, 1975 – June 17, 2011 Jeremy passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at his parents’’ home in Upsala, MN surrounded by his family after a 10 month battle with bile-duct cancer (Cholangiocarsinoma). Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Gethesmane Lutheran Church in Upsala, MN; Pastor Trish Jorgenson, officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm – 8:00pm, Monday, June 20, 2011 and one hour prior to the service at Gethsemane. Arrangements are through Miller-Carlin Funeral Home, Upsala, MN.Jeremy was born on December 12, 1975 at Long Prairie Memorial Hospital, Long Prairie, MN to Mike and Gloria Pazik. He was a member of Gethesmane Lutheran Church, Upsala, MN. He graduated from Upsala Area High School in 1994. He was employed at HDL in Sauk Rapids, MN and before that, MCI in Waite Park, MN. Jeremy was a true Vikings and Twins fan, win or lose. He loved playing softball, camping, the color blue, and spending time with his family and friends. He cared deeply for his nieces and nephews. Jeremy was a very caring and considerate person to young and old alike.
