Loretta Mae Moeller

Age: 72 September 24, 1941 – December 29, 2013 Memorial Services celebrating the life of Loretta M. Moeller, 72 of St. Augusta, will be at 11:30 AM Saturday, January 4, 2013 at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  Chaplain James Neppl will officiate.  Loretta died Sunday afternoon at the St. Cloud Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  There will be a visitation after 10:00 until the time of service on Saturday, January 4, 2013 at the funeral home.  Arrangements are being made with the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.Loretta was born on September 24, 1941 to William and Vera (Hammacher) Brown in Becker, MN.  She grew up there among her ten siblings, and graduated from Becker High School.  Loretta married Robert Moeller on May 1, 1962 in St. Augusta and together they raised three daughters.  She enjoyed a music-filled life, and she loved to dance and whistle.  Loretta liked to cook, get together with her long-time friends, collect knickknacks, and took time to smell the flowers.  She also enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the casino.  Loretta had a great companion in her dog, Shadow.  The two were very close and he was always so protective of her.  She has enjoyed watching her daughters become mothers and loved spending time with her grandchildren.  Loretta is a member of St. Mary Help of Christian Church in St. Augusta.Loretta is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bob; her daughters Pat (Glen) Schreiner, Clearwater; Jane Moeller, St. Augusta; Lynn (Charlie) Janski, Sauk Rapids; her siblings Donny (Barb) Brown, Jerry Brown, Roger (Karen) Brown, Carl Brown, Harry Brown, Pearl Brown, Karen Schmittinger, Bobby Brown, and Duane Brown; her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; as well as many friends.She was preceded in death by her parents William and Vera Brown and her brother Kenny Brown.
