Mass of Christian Burial for Marcella Zieglmeier, 84, of St. Cloud, will be Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11 AM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Church in St. Augusta. Father Robert Rolfes will officiate and burial will take place Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Parish Cemetery. Marcella passed away early Wednesday morning at her home in Sartell. There will be a visitation Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 3:00-7:00 PM at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud and again on Monday after 10 AM until the time of service at the St. Mary Help of Christians Church in St. Augusta. Parish Prayers will be at 6:30 PM Sunday night at the funeral home. Arrangements are being made with Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.Marcella was born on November 4, 1928 to Cecil and Laura (VanHale) Noggle in Benton County and grew up with her seven siblings in the St. Cloud area. After graduation high school, Marcella married Wilfred Zieglmeier on April 24, 1948 in Waite Park and with him raised six children. She was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling, dining out, and shopping. Marcella had a serious affinity for her schnauzers, was known to take long walks in her desire to combat the effects of diabetes, and loved working with local elementary schools as a playground supervisor. She was a member of the St. Mary Help of Christians Church.Marcella is survived by her children Linda (Lonnie) Randal, Charlottesville, VA; Tom Zieglmeier, St. Cloud; Gail (Richard) Martinson, Foley; Sue (Mark) Olinger, San Fransisco, CA; Bruce Zieglmeier, St. Cloud; Lisa (Michael) Powell, St. Cloud; her siblings Jean Wallack; Annette Hoeschen; Rose Marie “Binky” Lauer; Sherry Reed; John Noggle; Robert Noggle; her 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.She is preceded by her parents Cecil and Laura Noggle; her husband of 63 years, Wilfred, who passed in 2011; and her brother Dennis Noggle.
