Age: 82 July 12, 1929 – August 31, 2011 MARY SAARJuly 12, 1929 – August 31, 2011Services celebrating the life of Mary Saar, age 82 of Waite Park, will be 12:00 PM Friday, September 9 at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.  Mary died Wednesday at the Country Manor Nursing Home in Sartell.  There will be a visitation after 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.Mary was born July 12, 1929 in Wilton, MN to William and Adeline Turgi.  She married Donald Saar on August 26, 1951 in Bemidji.  The couple lived in Bemidji and Minneapolis before moving to St Cloud.  Mary worked as an operator with the Bell Telephone Company and she also worked as a waitress and as a seamstress.Mary is survived by her sons, Alan Saar, Park Rapids and Ronald (Kathy) Saar, St. Cloud.  She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.Mary is preceded in death by her husband on April 1, 2011, her parents, and her brothers and sisters, Adele Berg, Cathy Wahus, Eleanor Ames, and William Turgi.
