Age: 101 May 10, 1914 – November 08, 2015 The Mass of Christian Burial, celebrating the life of Pauline Lembeck, age 101 of St. Cloud, formerly of Spring Hill, will be 11:00 AM, Friday, November 13 at the St. Anthony Catholic Church in St. Cloud.  Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.  Pauline died Sunday at her home in St. Cloud.  There will be a visitation from 4-8:00 PM, Thursday at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud and again after 10:00 AM, Friday, before the mass at the church.  St. Anthony parish prayers will be at 4:00 PM Thursday evening at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  There will be a rosary by the Christian Mothers at church prior to the service Friday morning. Pauline was born May 10, 1914 in Albany to John and Julia (Grausam) Schrom.  She attended the Holy Family School and the Albany High School.  She graduated from the St Cloud Teachers College in 1934.  She taught in Spring Hill and small rural schools. In 1937, Pauline married Roman Lembeck at the Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany.  The couple moved to St. Cloud in 1966, where Pauline taught at the St. Mary’s grade school until 1978.  She had a total of 40 years of teaching.  Pauline will be remembered for her zest for life, her beautiful flower gardens and the famous 3rd Street garage sales.  She loved all sports including the Twins who honored her at a game, the “Timbers” and many years of bowling with her sisters.  Fishing was her love, still going in the boat at 99.  She was an avid card player and bingo enthusiast.  She loved her family, especially children and her many students over the years.  She was an example of a good life, well lived.  Pauline was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church in St. Cloud; St. Anthony Christian Women, St. Anthony Funeral Choir, Retired Minnesota Teachers Association, Daughters of Isabella, Catholic Aid, Crosier Apostolate, and the St. Anthony’s Card Club. Pauline is survived by her children; Tom (Mille) Lembeck, St. Cloud; Gerald (Kay) Lembeck, Bloomington; Jane (Jerry) Eveslage, Waconia; Carol Wegman, St. Cloud; Julie (Vern) Loehr, New Richmond, WI; daughters-in-law Dorothy Lembeck, Spring Hill; Cathy Lembeck, Brainerd; 32 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 27 great-great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister, Martha Bedard, Waite Park; brother, Frank Schrom, Oregon; and sisters-in-law, Fran Lembeck, Casper, WY and Vicky (Bill) Allen, Melrose. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roman in Aug of 1979, her sons, Bill Lembeck and Allen Lembeck, her great-grandson, Beau Lembeck, son-in-law, Jim Wegman and brothers, Ed Schrom, John Schrom, Ray Schrom, Christ “Sonny” Schrom, James Schrom, and sisters, Marie Herzog, Florence Cole, Evelyn Gilmore and Clara Gruber.
