Richard “Dick” A. Hauschild

Age: 62 January 08, 1949 – November 02, 2011 Mass of Christian burial celebrating the life of Richard “Dick” Allen Hauschild, age 62 of Albany will be 9:30 AM, Monday, November 7, 2011 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany.  Father Michael Naughton O.S.B. will officiate, and burial will take place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery at 12 PM the day of the service .  Richard died in his home in Albany on Wednesday.  There will be a visitation at Seven Dolors Catholic Church from 4-8 PM, Sunday, November 6th.  Parish prayers will take place at 4:30 at the church followed by the Albany American Legion prayers.Richard was born January 8, 1949 in Hendrichs, MN to Hugo and Ellen (Olesen) Hauschild.  He grew up in Ivanhoe, and moved to St. Cloud after his marriage to Linda (Welle) on November 13, 1985.  They later moved to Albany.  Dick worked in janitorial services for Sears.  He was a member of the Albany American Legion, and Seven Dolors Catholic Church of Albany.Dick is survived by his wife Linda Hauschild, Albany; and his siblings Jim (Mary Jane) Hauschild, Redwood Falls; Bob Hauschild, Pierz; Lois Birr, Alexandria; Karen (Chuck) Banta, Layton, Utah; Mary Carol Hauschild, Marshall; and many nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his parents Hugo and Ellen Hauschild.
