Age: 92 July 15, 1917 – April 23, 2010 Ruth E. ChristenAge 92 of Albany July 15, 1917 – April 23, 2010   Funeral Services celebrating the life of Ruth E. Christen, age 92 of Albany will be 6 PM Monday, April 26, 2010 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Albany.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Ruth passed away Friday morning at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Sauk Rapids.  Friends may call from 4-6 PM Monday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Albany.  Arrangements are being made by Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home, Albany.Ruth was born in St. Martin Twsp. to Edward and Marie (Kelm) Neameyer.  She grew up in the Albany area.  Ruth married Mylo N. Christen on March 16, 1936 in Immanuel Lutheran Church, Farming Twsp.  Ruth worked at Fingerhut before retiring and was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.Ruth is survived by her son, Dwight (Donna) Christen, Albany; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Kelly (Fiance, Gregg Marthaler) Christen, Spring Hill; Kay (Ryan) Gruber, Zachary and Hudson Gruber; Albany, and Kent (Gretchen) Christen; St. Cloud.  Ruth is preceded in death by her parents and her husband on Sept. 21, 1994.
