Sherri Van Vleet

Age: 57 October 19, 1960 – October 23, 2017 A gathering of friends and family to remember the life of Sherri Van Vleet, age 57 of St. Cloud, will be from 4-7:00 PM, Saturday, October 28 at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  Sherri died Monday morning at her home after a battle with cancer. Sherri was born October 19, 1960 in Winsted to Wayne and Nyla (Zander) Paulson.  The family moved to Kimball where Sherri grew up.  She married Steven Van Vleet on September 27, 1980 in Kimball.  The couple lived and raised their family in St. Cloud.  Sherri worked as a medical secretary for Health Partners in St. Cloud for many years. She enjoyedtime with her family, crafting, quilting, baking, reading and especially spending time at the cabin she and Steve are building. Sherri is survived by her husband, Steve, St. Cloud; her children, Matthew (Reva and Odin Mische) Van Vleet, St. Cloud; Megan (Dustin) Preusser, Sartell; her grandson, Milo Preusser; her mother, Nyla Paulson, Annandale; her father, Wayne Paulson, Kimball; her grandmother, Helen Zander, Howard Lake, her brothers and sisters, Tammy (Ray) Schmidt, South Haven; Wayde (Jana) Paulson, St. Cloud; Brant (Sally) Paulson, West Fargo; and Josh (Nicole Flam) Paulson, Waite Park; She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, her grandmother and one nephew, Tristan Paulson.
