The Mass of Christian burial, celebrating the life of Theresa Roerick, age 89 of Albany, will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday at the Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Theresa died peacefully Saturday at the Melrose Hospital. There will be a visitation from 4-8:00 PM Tuesday and again after 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Seven Dolors Church in Albany. Seven Dolors parish prayers will be at 4:15 PM Tuesday followed by the Seven Dolors Christen Women at 5:30 PM. Arrangements are being made by the Miller-Carlin Funeral Homes.
Theresa was born April 23, 1928 in Krain Township to Herman and Rose (Thell) Beuning. She married Henry Roerick on August 27, 1946 in St. Francis. The couple settled in Albany where they raised 7 children. Theresa worked for the Albany Area Schools for 10 years. She is a member of the Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Seven Dolors Christian Women, the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, and she was actively involved with the Albany North Stars 4-H club.
Theresa is survived by her daughter and sons; Sharon (Graham) Beckett, London England; Ray (Lyn) Roerick, Welaka, FL; David Roerick, Grand Rapids; Donald (Deanna) Roerick, Houston, TX; Gary (Sandy) Roerick, Laporte; Herman (PauliAnne) St. Augusta and Herbert (Kesha) Boise, ID. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, and sisters, Lorraine Hammond, St. Cloud; Bernadine (Leo) Ettle, Freeport, Irene Lund, St. Cloud and Mary Jane (Arnie) Blommel.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry on May 26, 1995, an infant daughter, her sister, Dorothy Wald, brothers, Victor Beuning, Walter Beuning, Norbert Beuning, Tony Beuning and close companion, Melvin Muyres.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family that will be used as a gift to Pond View Estates in Theresa’s name. Pond View Estates gave such great care to Theresa in the last years of her life.

Memorials
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family that will be used as a gift to Pond View Estates in Theresas name. Pond View Estates gave such great care to Theresa in the last years of her life.
